Harshal Madnani - The Founder

Having been in the DeFi space since 2019 when DeFi was called Open Finance, Harshal has always been fascinated by the vision of replacing traditional banks. When he started using DeFi protocols it was no way near its vision of replacing traditional banks and was plagued with a tedious user experience and was only focused on quick wealth creation while having no real world connections and utility.

Artyom Kulaga - Head of Design

As a seasoned UX designer and researcher, Artyom is passionate about crafting meaningful products with the potential to change people's lives for the better. Utilizing the power of design, Artyom is focused on delivering the best user experience possible and shaping Xade's products to be accessible to everyone.

Jashan Shetty - Head of Product

As an experienced dApp developer, Jashan has a strong background in web and mobile development, with experience in using Redux, web3, and other cutting-edge technologies. He has worked on multiple projects as a React Native developer and consultant for various clients, such as CryptoXpress, Tago Care, and Lokal Kitchen, creating efficient and scalable applications for different domains.
